We are pleased to announce the upcoming IIFM Standards Master Class on Hedging and Liquidity Management, jointly organized by the International Islamic Financial Market (IIFM) and Dar Al Sharia (DAS).
This three-day in-person workshop will take place from 28th to 30th October 2025 in Sofitel Dubai the Obelisk, UAE.
The Master Class will provide participants with in-depth insights into the IIFM Standards, including the three new 2024 IIFM Hedging Standards (Standards 17, 18, and 19), and will cover both Islamic Hedging and Liquidity Management documentation and applications as follows:

Learning Outcomes
Upon completion, participants will be able to:
• Develop an understanding of the underlying Shari’ah structures for Hedging and Liquidity Management
• Navigate the documentation and execution process for Shari’ah-compliant financial alternatives
• Understand the IIFM Standards on Hedging and Liquidity Management, including their application in day-to-day requirements
The workshop aims to equip finance professionals, industry practitioners, and other stakeholders with knowledge of the underlying Shari’ah structures, core documentation, and execution processes for transactions related to the IIFM Standards. This practical and application-oriented workshop will focus on sharing practical experience in the negotiation and adoption of IIFM Standards in banking operations.
