12th October 2026, Manama, Bahrain - The International Islamic Financial Market (IIFM), represented by Babar Naseer, Senior Officer, and Sayyed Zarrar, Officer, held a meeting with Mr. Nurym Ayazbayev, Executive Director, Directorate of Lending to Financial Institutions at the Eurasian Development Bank (EDB), on the sidelines of the 24th Annual AAOIFI Shari’ah Boards Conference, held on 11–12 October 2026 in Manama, Kingdom of Bahrain.
The meeting focused on discussing areas of mutual interest, exploring potential avenues for future cooperation, and strengthening connections between IIFM, EDB, and the wider Islamic finance industry.
